All bookings must be made with a non-refundable deposit which will be deducted from your total bill. For camping only deposit is £50, for camping and use of buildings deposit is £90 (Deposits may be transferred to another date if agreed with the Cox Wood Team and cancelled more than 7 days before booked date). A £350 non-refundable deposit is required for sole use of Cox Wood. Payment in full will be required 7 days before arrival. All adults staying overnight on the camp must abide by the Scout Association Child Protection Policy.
