All bookings must be made with a non-refundable £30 deposit which will be deducted from your total bill. (Deposits may be transferred to another date if agreed with Manager and cancelled more than 7 days before booked date). A £350 non-refundable deposit is required for sole use of Cox Wood. Payment in full will be required 7 days before arrival. All adults staying overnight on the camp must abide by the Scout Association Child Protection Policy.
